Ortomec Seed Drill

The Ortomec seed drill was developed from growers' needs to sow a multitude of seeds with the same seeder. In a few seconds it is possible to adapt to the sowing of all leafy vegetables such as cut salad, rocket, spinach, valerian, parsley, beets, etc ...

The change of seeds is facilitated by a special collection tank that prevents any loss.

The robust structure and other technical features allow a maximum seeding speed of 10 km / h.

The hopper for seeds and the two large rollers resting on the ground are made of stainless steel. The latter are hydraulically assisted in motion, to avoid possible sowing of the seeder; they are also equipped with floating scrapers for constant self-cleaning.

A vibration induced by an electric motor and an agitator, avoid the formation of voids inside the hopper and evenly distribute the seed on all the elements.

The falcioni work independently of each other, they are adjustable in depth and in seeding width, with a minimum of 4 cm from row to row.

The machine is available in four different sowing sizes: 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm.

For each measurement you can have a maximum of 20, 23, 26 and 29 seeding rows respectively.
