The VHM Twinfilr fills boxes efficiently and with care for the crop. The Twinfilr double box filler has two filling bunkers on weighing cells. If one bunker is full, the switch conveyor engages and the filling continues smoothly into the 2nd bunker. The forklift truck holds the box underneath the bunker, the flaps open up and as soon as the box lowers, the box fills up. The forklift truck drives away and picks up the next box.
The VHM Twinflr makes waiting for the forklift truck a thing of the past. The filling of boxes or BigBags carries on continuously, at the desired capacity. Plus precision is guaranteed thanks to the integrated weighing and registration system.
The Twinflr comes in 2 different sizes, depending on your box dimensions. The Twinfilr 1600 fits boxes of 1600x1200x1250mm, whilst the 1800 fits boxes of 1800 x 1200 x 12500mm. Custom box sizes can be catered for.
In combination with a VHM BigBagContainer this machine, without having to be converted, also functions as a BigBag filler with a filling precision of 2k.
